When you become a Contract Customer, you'd receive:

 

4-Hour Response Guaranteed: We'll start working on issues via phone, remote desktop, or on-site within 4 business hours of being notified.

 

1-Hour Labor Per Month: On-site or remote time for issues that arise, maintenance tasks, or other IT projects.

 

Monthly Billing: We'll setup a monthly fixed payment and bill you via monthly invoice for any additional work, instead of requiring payment each visit.

 

Yearly Network Assessment: We'll provide and explain a full written assessment of your computers and network. This is a detailed checklist of all the main security, performance, and maintenance aspects.

Staff Discount: Everyone gets 10% off residential rates if your employees need any computer help at home: only $76.50 per hour.

 

 

Monthly Fee:

$100/m (or $80/m if using Managed Services)

$90/m paid yearly (or $70/m if Managed Services)

 

Reduced On-Site Rate:

$100 per hour (instead of $120)

 

Reduced Remote Rate:

$50 per half hour (instead of $60)
